Updates to merge-kfmon.sh:

* Now expects KFMon.tgz in bin/ (local setup is symlinked to its location in a kobo packages folder)
* Add progress messages
* Moves the merged tarball to out/

* kfmon (commented out due to error reading /usr/bin/kfmon-ipc symlink, likely need to use a workaround instead of directly adding to kobopatch output)
