- JSON list has been removed. I still believe in the idea of automated lists, but the content is really not adequately capturing the nuance that it needs and so I'm removing it. I will consider exploring it again later.
- A transitional 'new list' is now in this repository. It's designed to make browsing the instances on this list much easier and designed to point out and explain evidence in a much clearer fashion. It will be worked on over the months and will eventually replace the original list.
I realised that this tag was accidental and I reevaluated the original circumstances for inclusion and I think that they don't deserve to be on the blocklist anymore. Please update your instances.
gs.smuglo.li is moving to pleroma at pl.smuglo.li. It's currently in a transitionary phase between the two and will apparently be a few months until it completely switches to the new one.
- 'url' has been replaced with 'domain', and all of that key's contents have been replaced with just the domain name, stripped of https:// stuff beforehand because that's how Mastodon does it. (It's been a while since I've used the moderation blocklist tools, bear with me, heh >∆∆>)
- I can't stop toying with the readme.
- Why Blocklist??? Never thought about suggesting why people should blocklist before. Seems like a good idea.
- Spelling and grammatical fixes.
- Made it less techy-sounding when it comes to what is exactly being blocked here.
- Added a link explain what fake goths are.
- Added No Agenda Social's other URL.
- Spruced up some tags I forgot about, cleared some ones that I realised were misplaced.
- Improved the readme some more.

- Added more explainer text to the readme.
- Removed the metadata because I realised that this is a git repository so I don't need to manually add metadata to the JSON probably? (and I forgot to update it during the first commit /anyway/)
